The house is perfect. Everything is new and in perfect condition, the rooms are very spacious, and it’s tastefully furnished. It has everything you need.
It’s very well located, in the historic center.
The hosts were very kind. We would return without hesitation; it’s a highly recommended house.

Teresa’s accommodation is strategically located in Ciutadella, steps from everything, in the old town but on a very quiet street. There’s a supermarket one block away and a larger one 300 or 400 meters away. Public parking is 500 meters or less away; you can park in the square around the corner, in Plaça des Born, which is a block and a half away and is free from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

We loved the house. It has everything you need, and the bedding and mattresses are very good. It has quality appliances and all the necessary utensils to prepare whatever you want at home. The layout is good and independent.

Teresa offered us a beach cooler, umbrellas, and chairs, which changed our experience at the coves since many of the ones we visited have limited access and you have to go very early. Spending the day there is ideal, or at least several hours.

We would definitely choose this accommodation again for its location, quality, comfort, and Teresa’s kindness. Thank you!!!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at number 9 St Francesc street. The house is perfectly located to enjoy the old capital of Ciutadella. Minutes from bars and restaurants, in a lively area.
We had a great week exploring both Ciutadella and Menorca… beautiful walking.

The house is well equipped and we loved sitting up on the roof terrace looking out over the roof tops. (It is up a lot of stairs, as you would expect!)

Teresa is a great host, along with Xavi. Very helpful when we needed her advice and quick to respond.

Plenty of free parking over by the harbour and a lovely walk past all the boats to get there, if you don’t want to park on the main square.

We loved our week in Ciutadella, and Teresa’s house was the perfect place to explore this beautiful town. It has everything you need, and Teresa was a fantastic host. I loved sitting on the rooftop terrace and in the interior courtyard, and I would definitely stay there again when I return to Menorca.
